These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://go.lowerysplumbing.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Lowery's Plumbing and Leak Detection LLC, doing business as Lowery's Plumbing and Leak Detection ("Lowery's Plumbing and Leak Detection," "we," "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site, contacting us by phone or chat, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Services
Lowery's Plumbing and Leak Detection provides residential and commercial plumbing repair, leak detection, water heater, drain and sewer, repiping and water treatment services in Vero Beach and Indian River and St. Lucie Counties. All work is performed by licensed technicians. Written estimates are provided before work begins, and work is performed only after you approve the estimate.
2. Estimates, Pricing and Payment
- Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. If additional work is discovered, we will stop and obtain your approval before proceeding.
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Diagnostic or trip fees, if any, will be disclosed before a technician is dispatched.
3. Warranties
Our workmanship is warranted against defects for the period stated on your invoice. Equipment and parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, work performed by others, or conditions outside our control such as water quality or pre-existing plumbing defects.
4. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Lowery's Plumbing and Leak Detection uses text messaging to communicate with customers about appointments, service updates, estimates, invoices, and to respond to inquiries you send us by phone or through the chat feature on this Site.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Lowery's Plumbing and Leak Detection when you (a) provide your mobile number through the chat feature on this Site, (b) call or text us and request service or information, or (c) otherwise give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Most customers receive a small number of messages related to a specific service request.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
